“There wasn't anyone to welcome us we had to go and sit down for 10 minutes before someone turned up at the reception. We wasn't aware of a £15 car park fee either.it was a very dark cramped room we had and in the evening all you could smell was cooking fat and fumes all over the hotel and that included the fourth floor which we was on.A member of staff behind the bar was also very intoxicated.we will not stay here again the worse hotel ever.”
“Really great hotel, there isnt enough parking but thankfully if you eat in the pub by Premier Inn you can park there overnught for free.
The beds could be softer”
“Very tiny spaces to fit car into. Had to park car in a tight space and get out of the car through another door. Hotel room was good with no issues. My only problem was the parking and it was not free or part of the hotel booking. 15£ to park in very tight parking space.”
