Hotel room lovely. Staff lovely. Pizza we had was amazing BUT this is an airport hotel linked with airport parking stay and park packages. This hotel is situated on A23 dual carriageway with NO parking, other than about a dozen spaces of which most must be used by staff. Was asked to park down A23 carriageway at pub and purchase drink there so i could use their car park and then walk back at 3am next morning to collect it before our flight!!!

I was disappointed to learn that I could have booked this same hotel directly and saved myself a third of the price!!!

Bar staff unhelpful. When asked if there was another check he just pointed and when I said we had been waiting a long time he just shrugged and walked off. He hardly looked at me. Fortunately the woman at check in was really nice.

The rooms are clean the staff were helpful and the hotel is conveniently located for the airport. The hotel offers decent value if you have a n early flight. The only negative is that the parking spaces are tight.

This hotel has limited parking, when the parking is full there is no where to stop and drop your cases off. Staff will direct you to the premier inn a six minute walk away down the dual carriageway to park there. Save the walk and book Gatwick manor premier inn. Loads of space there.

Quick check in. Clean rooms nicer than a budget hotel. Rooms are small but ideal for what we wanted an overnight stay. The only thing was that there was no parking by the time we got there. Parking for about 50 cars maybe not enough?

Perfect for an overnight stay before early flight. Food great. Only downfall is the £15 over night parking fee!

My mum and I turned up to find that there were no parking spaces. I said that I had purchased a parking space as part of my booking, to be told that I hadn't and that I needed to park at another hotel, buy a drink there and then return. It was late, so I did so, walking in the dark along a strange path. We then got to our room, which had a very loud fan in it that wouldn't turn off. I spoke to reception, who said it was an ongoing issue that they couldn't do anything about and they couldn't move our room because they were fully booked. We then left in the morning to make our way to the car drop off to be told that the post code from our booking was wrong and we had to move our car again. We went to a new postcode that we were given, only to arrive and be told that this one was incorrect too. I will never use this service again. Incredibly stressful and no one was helpful or understanding.
