“Even though the hotel was conveniently situated for Gatwick , I felt the rooms lacked any personality or charm. They were however clean . The food on offer was expensive but the worst thing about the hotel and the main reason why I wouldn't recommend it was that the parking was horrendous. The car park was an undercover garage and was dimly lit and the spaces ridiculously small , anything above a Fiesta sized car would have struggled.”
“easy access to APH for Gatwick parking, good rooms and the hotel isnicely presented. The amount of parking at Ibis was very small and we were surprised to be charged an extra £15 for using it. The staff may have been new but we felt that there was a lack of knowledge, efficiency and experience. It also seemed unprepared to have a curry night on a Thursday (only one day each week) and then have 1 out of 3 curries not available.”
“This was a great budget hotel prior to our flight at Gatwick. Staff friendly and restaurant ok for food and drink. Room nice and clean and adequate for our one night stay. Only downside was small car park for hotel and after driving around 3 times we found a space which was quite small however the staff had said we could park in the electric car space. All in all a good stay we didn’t have breakfast as left at 6am. We did this as a combined package hotel and parking so aph car park was 15 minute drive from the hotel which was fine. Got a good price for both would stay again for convenience”
