“Had a problem with a flight and had to collect the car early, had paid for a weeks parking, I would be bringing the car back again in a few days time. I explained this to the person at the car park when I called them to get my car back. I tried to rebook with them, but they refused to honour the original booking as they had returned my car to me already, then started that if I had told them what the situation was before I collected the car they may have been able to do something. I would have to rebook and pay in full for a parking space I had already paid for. I did explain the situation when I 1st called. Then when we arrived back at the end of the week we had to wait 25 mins for the car to be returned. Not exactly the best service, I had used them before and it was good, never again after being treated like this.”
“I have used meet and greet at Gatwick North and south on many occasions and they never failed to deliver, it saves so much time to drop your car off at the terminal and the car is ready and waiting when you arrive back in the UK would highly recommend this service”
“overall we were satisfied with the service offered, however on our return to Gatwick we had to wait 50 minutes for our car. This was at about midnight in March, after returning from Egypt. Not a very nice welcome back after a nice holiday.”
“Second time we have used I Love Meet & Greet Gatwick this year. Absolutely excellent both times. Minimal wait for both drop off and pick up, courteous drivers and helpful staff in office. Arrived half hour earlier than booked, was not an issue and still met promptly.
