“Unortunately Meet & Greet, regardless of the operator is not what it used to be, the collection service is poor, I had to wait 40 minutes after calling for my car to be delivered. I could have saved 20 minutes by booking the long stay car park...”
“I have used your company on many occasions due to a recommendation from a friend & I’ve been very happy but on this occasion I was less than impressed by your guy on the fone we got our baggage phoned the number & was told they were having problems due to slip roads being shut so could we get a coffee so we said no problem despite me having to be at work in 6hrs after about 20 mins we called again only to be told you were still struggling so I asked the guy on the fone if he could please call us when it was being picked up please as I have to be at work at 04.45 so we waited inside because it was so cold roughly 20mins later we called again to find out if there was any progress & was told the car was already there & waiting I then asked why did he not call us so we could make our way out & he said he told me he wouldn’t ring but I certainly did not hear him say that so I said I’d end the call before I said something because I was very annoyed with his response!! I thought I’d been very reasonable with the your company as it was beyond your control but I would have thought that a courtesy call saying you were just about to collect the car was a very reasonable thing to expect! I have to say this is the first problem I’ve ever had with your company but the way we got treated I’m not sure if I would use you again which I take no joy in saying. One last thing they guy who delivered my car was a very nice guy who I felt very sorry for because I was quite short with him & didn’t tip him unfortunately due to my interaction with your guy on the fone.”

“Used this company a few times now. Always be good with drivers and car returned without any issues. Always takes longer that marketing suggests it will for car to be brought back on return. Phone when they well us too - and always end up waiting in the pick up are for 20-30mins getting cold etc waiting for car to be returned. Everything else - just that wait every time for return is a little annoying, especially since there’s nowhere sheltered to wait (Gatwick North) so can be cold / wet!”
