“My car came back smelling of smoke a horrible smell , I was so annoyed it took 4 days to get rid of the smell I was very disappointed and went sent an email of complaint was ignored .”

Other companies seem to have a drop off zone, not layby.
Had to find another 'I Love Meet and Greet' driver to check in right place to wait for driver to collect car 10-15 Mins, On return similar experience 10-Mins for car return, which raced into layby like on F1 track.
Not confident with company, probably wont use again.”
