“Drop off worked really well, good instructions and direction, only took a few minutes. However, pick up took 20 mins from calling leaving us waiting outside in the cold. Would have been quicker using offsite parking and getting the bus.”

“On returning to Gatwick to pick up our car we were delayed by 20mins waiting outside with no shelter. This totally defeats the purpose of using a meet and greet service in my opinion. No apology or compensation was offered as apparently you have to wait over 30mins to receive any customer service. Disappointing.”
