Clearly told to wait until you collect luggage to call but then waited 25 minutes for the car to turn up which wasn’t as promised and made worse by the fact it was raining heavily so we were soaked! Might as well have gone much cheaper and hopped on a bus to a car park. Meet and greet was a waste of money!”
