“Excellent service. Clear instructions after booking. Called the number stated on approach to Gatwick and received clear instructions from staff with a clear English accent. Only reason I mention this is that I've used other services previously where the staff member accent was so thick, I had to keep asking for them to repeat or saying "pardon?". Driver was waiting to collect the car as we arrived, hand-over was quick and easy.
On our return journey, we called after clearing customs and the driver arrived within 10 mins for another fast handover. Great value, great service. 10/10”
