“great experience! I booked meet and greet at Gatwick through APH as i was staying a night in a hotel to and no complaints at all! Customer service number really easy to use and get through to, they were already waiting for me for the slot it booked, really friendly employee on both occasions, departure and arrivals. On departure the guy went and got me a trolley for free, helped with our suitcase! no complaints at all! i've used several meet and greet companies at multiple airports and this was by far the best, smoothest and friendliest service i've had, thank you”
“If collection service had been as good as drop off it would have been 5 stars. Directions were clear and the man who collected my car from me also helped with my bags and obtained a trolley for me. I had heavy luggage items, I was travelling alone and I am no longer young and strong. The friendly assistance was greatly appreciated.
On my return I called after baggage collection but instructions on where to go were less clear and there was no reassuring signage. For a few minutes I waited in the wrong place as I had been told to cross a road. In fact I should have crossed 2 roads but was not told so and only realised when I spotted my car. The person with the key was impatient and couldn’t wait to be finished with me, leaving me struggling with heavy luggage and not looking back. Outward was 5 stars, inbound was barely one star thus 3 stars overall. I will give it another go next time with fingers crossed.”
