“We booked a Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport and it couldn’t have been easier. About 10 minutes before arrival, we called the provided number and were given clear instructions on where to meet the driver. There was minimal waiting, and the walk to the North Terminal was literally just across the road.
On our return, we called the same number after collecting our suitcases and headed back to the drop-off point. Again, the wait was short and everything ran smoothly.

“Operator was there upon arrival after following instructions, they could be made a little clearer but i did check on maps where the drop off are was beforehand as there are a few lanes at gatwick south terminal so make sure you get in the right one! Collecting the car was super straight forward just ring once luggage is collected and then meet back at where the drop off was made, had to wait a few mins but overall much better than park and ride.”
“Perfectly easy to use and find. It took a little longer than I expected for the car to come back following my phone call from baggage claim, about 25 mins but our flight was delayed so we were later than expected. Overall good and worth the extra money over the bus transfer options.”
