“It was an easy service on the outbound, but return was a little slow. We called coming through passport control, and told to call once we had our bags. We did so, and were told to wait outside and the meet point as our car was next to be delivered. We had to wait 15 minutes outside in the storm, which wasnt ideal with a 12 week old baby as well.”
