“A great alternative to using DIY or off-airport solutions. Friendly drivers, quick pick-ups and reasonably priced when compared to staying overnight and paying for train tix.
My only issue was that I hadn’t read the entire email (it’s long) and missed the point about calling when ten mins away.”

“Arrival was smooth, phoned the number with clear directions given and met promptly. Pickup: again clear directions but did have to wait quite a while, apparently they couldn’t locate my car. When it did arrive staff was kind and apologetic. Car returned with 20 miles added and lots of tree sap/leaves. Would recommend using if this doesn’t bother you.”
“We booked a Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport and it couldn’t have been easier. About 10 minutes before arrival, we called the provided number and were given clear instructions on where to meet the driver. There was minimal waiting, and the walk to the North Terminal was literally just across the road.
On our return, we called the same number after collecting our suitcases and headed back to the drop-off point. Again, the wait was short and everything ran smoothly.
