I’m sorry to hear about the delays you experienced with the Meet & Greet service at Gatwick. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to wait around 30 minutes at drop-off and over an hour and a half for your vehicle on your return.
In relation to the return procedure, the instructions provided with your booking confirmation are correct. Customers are asked to call the APH Meet & Greet Forecourt team once they have collected their luggage and then proceed to the terminal forecourt, where the vehicle will be ready for collection. Customers are also advised to proceed directly to the vehicle collection point after making the call to avoid any potential charges.
That said, we are sorry to hear that the information you received regarding the expected return time of your vehicle was not accurate. We appreciate that, when delays occur, customers need clear and reliable information so they can plan accordingly.

“Really efficient service. The team were waiting for us on arrival and took the car away quickly leaving us to get to the terminal so easily. On arrival, we only waited 3 minutes outside before our car arrived. Really good and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.”
