“The postcode on the site is incorrect and as a result we spent about 20 minutes driving around the airport to try and find the drop off point. Not ideal when we were rushing to get an early morning flight. We eventually called the number and were directed to it by a member of the team, but had to call back twice.
When we met the person to drop the car with, he was wearing a different brand of t shirt - not APH, which completely threw me as I was effectively giving my car keys to someone in the street - it didn’t really make me feel very reassured.
That said the car was driven away, parked and came back without damage for a reasonable price.
Better directions to the drop off point and a more structured drop off experience would provide better reassurance for customers.”
“Very easy to book and use. Great to drop off and pick up so quickly. Only minor issue was that dropping off at Gatwick North couldn't get through on the phone quickly enough to find out exact drop off. Happy to have had written instructions as well so I knew where to go exactly e.g outside Premier inn. There's so much going on at drop off in general that a heads up would have helped. Pick up was easy and quick. would definitely use again.”
“Have used APH meet & greet on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with service. This occasion was no different. The driver was prompt on arrival and on our return home. He was friendly and helpful.

“we travelled from the north terminal gatwick and the service from the meet and greet team was excellent. they were there promptly after phoning them so had only just got our luggage out when they were ready to take the car. on returniing our flight was actually earlier than i had booked but they were still able to have the car ready for us when exiting the terminal. first rate service as always”
“I've used APH many times over many years and have always been very pleased with the service received. However, i booked meet and greet this time and the paperwork indicated i would be meeting an APH representative. When you look at the second page though, it clearly shows that APH have subcontracted the work to I Love meet and greet? This is disappointing and, in my opinion, underhand. The service received from ILMG was ok, but despite saying in the paperwork that the car will be ready on return, it wasn't. i had to wait for ten minutes. When i used meet and greet with APH employees before, the service was better.”
