“From start to finish, this booking was straightforward and efficient. At the drop off a member of staff was there to meet us, and on pick up we only had a 2 or 3 minute wait until someone appeared with our car. Can't fault it really.”
“Beyond disappointed - I booked Meet & Greet for convenience and the fact that "the driver will be there to meet you", not only was there no driver but it took half an hour and four calls to an exceptionally unhelpful customer service agent before a driver arrived. I would have been quicker to use an off site parking with a shuttle bus. I would never use this service again”

We fully understand how frustrating this would have been, especially when choosing a Meet & Greet service specifically for convenience and a smooth arrival process. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
