“Love the close drop off and collection right by the airport but please be a bit more friendly on the phone. Yes you gave directions as sat nav postcode isn’t correct. But not very polite on phone. You might know where to go as you have been to drop off loads of times but for first timers is daunting with loads of cars behind in a hurry. So saying I told you where to go isn’t the best response”
