“First time I've used meet and greet, as i usally use APH off airport parking. It was very easy however the greeter could be made more easily identifiable. Pre arrival instructions were clear. On pick up on arrival was easy and car was delivered very quickly to us. Will absolutely continue to use APH , excellent service.”
“So easy. Ran like clockwork. Phoned 10 mins before arrival at Gatwick. APH were there on arrival to pick up the car. Rang again on return when through baggage reclaim and 10 minutes later sat in car driving home! Excellent & thoroughly professional service. Will definitely look to use again.”
“I use meet and greet every holiday we go on. Out if season this is under car park 5 and never had issue. This time of year we meet outside the premier inn. Dropping off no issue . Followed instructions on return and had to wait 25 mins in wind and rain for vehicle to be brought to us. I dk not see that as a meet and greet service. Especially when I saw two aph buses pass by. It was 2am so should have been ready . Do you not track flights ???
The only compliment was the staff were friendly and helpful but service fell well below what I expect. I have uses you for many years ( 3 holidays a year now ) and unfortunately will be looking at other options for next holiday”
