“We booked meet and greet to save time as we were getting back late to Gatwick. Don’t think we saved much time though as had to wait a long time in the cold for our car to arrive. Customer service was nonexistent as just given keys, scanned my card and walked away. As a minimum, thought we would check the car over together.”
