“We were met by a very pleasant polite young man, who explained everything very clearly. The return was quick but sadly the same chap wasn't there to see us!”
“Was superb, so easy. I rang as per instructions 10 mins before we were due to get to Gatwick, was told clearly where to meet staff member. He was friendly. We walked from the car to the terminal in a couple of minutes. On way back I called as we cleared customs. Was told where to go to wait for car, we literally waited a few minutes, when a friendly chap turned up with the car. Nothing can be improved upon. Was completely stress free for us.”
