Called when bags collected waited 35 mins still no car. Spoke to man in APH van with a computer said he couldn't check. Called again was told its on its way . Man in van then called me over asked for registration and checked on computer and was told it's on its way ( don't lie) . 45 min wait thankfully not raining but not the 10 mins they advertise.”
“This was the 2nd time I have used APH. I can't fault them, easy booking, good prices and with Gatwick North terminal it is only a short walk to or from the terminal on departure or arrival.”
