“we found drop off very easy and a very pleasant member of staff on both the phone and picking up our car, but unfortunately were very disappointed when returning to collect our car as we had to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive outside the premier inn.”

Called when bags collected waited 35 mins still no car. Spoke to man in APH van with a computer said he couldn't check. Called again was told its on its way . Man in van then called me over asked for registration and checked on computer and was told it's on its way ( don't lie) . 45 min wait thankfully not raining but not the 10 mins they advertise.”
