Unhelpful phone staff . rude and when giving actual directions gave far too much detail”
“Waited 40 minutes for our car to be delivered back to us, would have been cheaper and quicker to do park and ride, early hours of the morning stood waiting in the cold”
“Not the most easiest to find drop off as we followed signs to meet and greet and parked up took luggage out went to desk to be told we were in the wrong place. So it’s not the main meet and greet it’s outside premier inn but no signage at all. Waited quite a while to hand over the car and same on return.”
