“Drop off was fine.
In collection we waited over an hour as apparently M25 was gridlocked. Understand that can’t be helped but man on telephone was rude, aggressive, unhelpful and totally unapologetic. Upsetting.”
“Excellent! Particularly useful to use meet and greet when you are flying out of Gatwick South and returning to the north terminal. The whole process went very smoothly. Our car was picked up and returned by "Big Mike" who was very friendly and efficient - it was like being met by a friend seeing his smiley face on our return! We will definitely use again.”
“Called them as instructed 10 minutes prior to arrival at Gatwick South Terminal. A uniformed driver was there when we arrived. Smooth handover of the car and keys and we were straight into the terminal. The driver was friendly and polite.
On our return, it was to North Terminal. I called them from the baggage hall and was given clear instructions where my car would be. When I left the terminal and went to the pick-up point, my car was there and again, a smooth handover from the uniformed driver and we were on our way in no time.
I understand there have been mixed reviews but I can honestly say that my experiences both outbound and return were faultless. I would definitely use this service again.”
“This is the first time we have used Meet and Greet, having previously always used the bus very happily from Copthorne. I was a bit concerned that it would complicate matters as we were leaving from North Terminal and returning to South Terminal.
However I need not have worried-the whole thing went like clockwork. When we arrived, we were immediately met by a very courteous driver and likewise on our return . In fact as we were arriving , our car was driven up to meet us. A great service-we will certainly use it again !”
