“I'm giving 3 stars as I dont feel the instructions on arrival are clear enough. It says stay in right hand lane, but it should state park outside the Premier Inn, which is actually a filter lane. Due to this, we had to drive all the way round again. Also I didnt realise I had to phone 15 minutes before, as that instruction was right at the bottom of the email, and wasnt quite clear to me as I was looking at it on my phone. If the instructions could be made clearer, I would have given the service at least 4 stars”
“I have use this service a few time but sometimes on returning you wait about 15 minutes outside in the cold for your car which is not great when you got older people with you or even kids. It’s great when you go because your right outside the door so not a lot of walking needed”
“Once you know exactly where the 'meet' location is this is a great, smooth and convenient way to leave your car when flying from Gatwick. Very efficient process and freindly staff. I will use them again.”
