“Drop off was good but the guy didn’t explain the collection service & we followed the rules and called when we came past luggage collection and had to wait 45mins in the cold at 8pm with our son for our car. We might as well have parked in the long stay car park and caught the shuttle. The whole point of this service is convenience, which this definitely wasn’t.”
“Very happy with the overall experience. I always travel with carry on, so I might phone prior to going through passport control in future which would reduce the wait for the car. But all in all, a great experience.”
