“No signage whatsoever. Drove around the airport three times trying to make sense of the directions on the email and those given over the phone; each time round there was more and more traffic making it harder to navigate. It was just a lay-by at the side of the road. Called from baggage claims on our return, told to call back when we left baggage claim. We did, and were then stood waiting in a cold lay-by with no shelter from the rain. Have used Meet and Greet at other airports and it’s always been well signposted, undercover and prompt.”
