“I thought the staff were very pleasant and polite. We were required to phone when 10 minutes before reaching the airport. They answered within 2 minutes and advised us clearly on where to go. When we arrived a person was there to meet us and was very nice.
He gave us clear instructions on how to proceed and how to pick up our car on arrival.
When we landed and got our bags, we phoned them and again they answered quickly.
Our car was brought to us in a very timely manner and the transition was extremely smooth.
I would definitely use them again.”
“Drop off was excellent. Staff were friendly both on drop off and pick up as was the call handler on collection.
Unfortunately on collection we had to wait 25mins at 1am with young kids for the car to be delivered which was not as efficient as previously.”
