“Being a disabled lady i found it easy to make my booking, I was very pleased with the service I received, I will definitely book with them again, and recommend them to other's to book, we was right outside by the lights to check in, so less walking for me!

“I have used your service numerous times and have always been pleased.This time my car was returned to me in a Filthy state.It looked as if it had been parked beneath A large tree.There were lots of leaves on the car,both inside and outside.Also there was mud on all the car mats,both front and rear.the rear seats had been down as left by me so I cannot understand why there was mud in the rear as there was no need for any body to go inside the rear.I had to thoroughly clean my car both inside and out as there were numerous leaf stains on the bodywork.I did not collect my car until after midnight so I was unable to see the true state it was in until the next day,Shame because otherwise the service is good.I will have to think whether I use your service again.”
“We had a very long wait on the phone after clearing customs and then a wait for drivers to get back to the carpark to bring our car to us.
All staff were very pleasant face to face and by phone, but the wait times were far too long.
We always use APH when booking parking at Gatwick but we will go back to using the APH park and ride.”
