“All worked perfectly. Rang 10 mins before arrival, clear instruction of where to go. (Explained to the rep on phone that we were running very late due to traffic, no problem, representitive will be at drop off point asap.
APH representative was at the drop off point when we arrived, (told him we were running late, we were slightly stressed!!!) No problem, no fuss. 30 second hand over and a "Don't worry, leave it with me and go enjoy your holiday" from the representative.
Pick up was just as smooth, again clear instruction of where to meet the representative on the phone. No more than 10mins later we were in the car and on our way home.
