Pick-up went well, although airport signs to ground floor not easy to follow.

“We used Meet & Greet on 2nd November when we dropped our car of at Gatwick Airport, the process was very quick and easy.
We phoned to say we al were five minutes away when we arrived the Gentleman was there waiting for us he showed us his ID card.
He gave us a card and explained what to do on our return journey. (Keep the card safe)
He took loads of photos of the car then drove off.
On the 9th November we returned to Gatwick airport we followed instruction given to us and once we picked up our luggage we called the number given to us.
We then walked to the car pick up point outside the holiday inn at the North terminal.
We waited for approximately 7 minutes for the gentleman to bring back our car he checked the card given to us which had a QR code on it so he knew we were the right owners of the car.
Very professional service would definitely use this service again.”
