“The drop off was perfect - really easy. On the return, I called as instructed and was told my car would arrive in 15-18 minutes. It finally arrived just under 30 minutes later, on a Tuesday night in November when the airport was virtually empty. The bus to the car park takes less time and I might have been in my car much soon for less money. I wouldn't waste my money on this service again nor recommend it. It just wasn't worth it.”

“I used APH before and it was great but this time it was terrible. We had to wait 40mins for someone to come pick up our car even though we were on time and this gave us so much anxiety about missing our flight.
On the way back we waited 1hour for our car to arrive which was ridiculous.”

However, on my return I waited an hour for my car to be delivered not what I expected or paid for late in. Mo day evening/ Tuesday morning as a single lady travelling on her own!”
“Upon collection of my BMW, I observed a prominent scratch extending across the rear passenger-side door and continuing to the rear wheel arch which was not there at drop off.. Despite making representation to redress the matter I was disappointed with the arrogance and denial of responsibiity.”
