“Chose this option due to the convenience of dropping off and picking up our car at the airport, given the unsocial hours of departure and arrival. Staff took ages to answer the phone when calling to drop off and pick up despite being #1 in the queue. Found the uniformed staff impolite, uncaring and disinterested. For example when picking up the car, I called when cleared customs as directed and was waiting for 10 minutes for my car. The staff driving my car was approaching the pickup point at excessive speed, swerving into the bay nearly hitting the curb. When handing my key fob back I asked where the keyrings were, he shrugged and said probably in the centre console. Bluntly asked for the QR code to scan and requesting a signature to sign before giving the opportunity to check the car for any possible damage, felt very rushed. Overall for the price of the service, I found the service underwhelming and unimpressive. Could have been made much better if the car parking staff were friendlier.”
