“Didn't turn up for 35mins leaving us outside in the cold rain with our children. Every time we called we were told our car would be with us shortly. This was every 10mins with no explanation given.”
“Very efficient once we figured out drop off point. Easy with kids to grab trolley and head through to Gatwick North terminal. It was cold/rainy and very early morning flight on way out so pleased we went for this option with 2 kids and not the bus. Same for way home when we were all tired and ready to get straight into the car. Definitely recommend paying the extra and used Tesco vouchers so that was handy too.”
