“Dropping off car was fine but on collecting my car at Gatwick, it was absolutely filthy. Covered in leaves, pollen and debris from trees. It was stuck in all the grills, front and rear windscreens. Even the employee who I dealt with at Gatwick was embarrassed by the state of my car.
Complained the same day via email and was told it was to be expected as cars kept in fields under trees and it the terms and conditions.
Wouldn't use again.”
“Although we were in the incorrect place for drop off our meet and greet person found us and drop off was so easy!
On return, we lost our bearings again, but a quick call to the team directed us to a warm car, brilliant after returning to 3 degrees weather following being use to 26 degrees.
