“When we arrived at Gatwick North Terminal, the instructions were a bit confusing; it would have been simpler to say outside Premier Inn. I would have got there the first time, rather than the third time round. Apart from that, the process was straightforward. On our return, it was even easier, and we made our call before going through customs; the car was there within a minute or two of arriving at the collection point. The staff were courteous, very helpful, and made the whole process a pleasurable one.”
