“We couldn’t fault them, dropping off the car was very easy and handed over with no waiting around. Pick up was just as simple, our car arrived just as we did and was all very professional.”
“I was greeted politely at the time we arrived and once the visual checks were quickly carried out on our car, we crossed the road for the arrival airport entrance in North Terminal. On our return home we called the company as we landed and our car was waiting at the pick point outside the airport at the same spot we left it. Very satisfied for their service both ways and we will certainly us this company again the in the future.”
“After arriving back from holiday we found that the seat adjustment was broken. Tried to contact Customer Service but just got an automated message. Emailed Meet and Greet and received a rather rude and insulting response. I then wrote with the response I got to APH Customer Service and didn't even receive a reply. No we will not be using this service again after many years of doing so and would not be recommending to family and friends anymore.”
“It wasn't APH meet and greet. It was some 3rd party company I was unaware of (I have booked 3rd parties through APH before and that felt more transparent).
When we received the car back we found it had been scratched down to the metal and are refusing to accept liability.
While APH may not be directly responsible they show no care or interest in the incident and how, using this other company, may effect their future customers.”
“Got to our destination and our return flight was cancelled! Phoned APH and gave them the new flight number, which meant return to different terminal. No problem, car was there waiting when we came out. Highly recommend, friendly staff”
