We had our arrangements changed between booking and departure - no problem, easy online changes confirmed by the system.
The day before our return our flight was cancelled and we were flown back at a different time, different terminal. One phone call, answered promptly, dealt with that in a stress free (appreciated at the time!) manner.
It goes without saying the car was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be.
