“I have used APH for many years and found the service to be really good in general.
Recently booked it as usual for a family holiday as with young kids it can be really useful.
They were late collecting the car and had a half-hour wait for the car to be delivered when we returned with 2 tired and grumpy kids. For the time waiting we could have easily picked a cheaper service with one of the buses to the long stay car park. I would recommend APH, but not for Meet and Greet.
Also, when contacting them they stated that it is a service operated by another company on their behalf so basically if anything goes wrong it is not their fault, even though it is dressed up to look like you are getting a premium service. If I do it again I will most likely book directly with I Love Meet and Greet than through APH as they basically pass you over to I Love Meet and Greet anyway.”

“A really slick and stress free service. Gave them a call 15 minutes before arriving into Gatwick North Terminal and there was someone outside of the Premier Inn to greet us. Took the car, gave us a receipt and we were off on holiday. Called when we landed back into Gatwick and had collected our luggage and there was someone there outside to meet us with our car.
