“I needed to change my return time. APH claimed that it was not possible to change this (despite me giving 6 days notice) and referred me to the operators (I Love Meet And Greet) for confirmation of this.
I Love Meet And Greet changed it immediately with no problem whatsoever and were very helpful.
My 4 stars are therefore for the operators, rather than for APH.”

“We were told to park outside Premier Inn for our car to be collected. After a long wait we realised a man was standing outside the Sofitel. My husband ran over to him to check and yes he was there for us. He had our registration and we were parked exactly where told and it hadn't occurred to him to look around. On our return it took approximately 30 minutes from when we rang for our car to arrive, despite it being 2am! Not exactly busy and again the driver didn't stop where we were told he would. Really disappointed as usually APH are excellent. On a positive though I have no issues with the state of the car”
