“From the moment we dropped the car off with Michael at 1.48 in the morning,I was delighted with the whole experience.
You do drop off right outside departures and we were in the airport within 3 minutes.
The car was then taken away,total distance 2 miles and did not move until the day we returned.
Even when our return flight was delayed by 2 hours the car arrived as we exited the airport.
My only citicsm is the directions within the airport complex could be clearier as it took me 2 loops to get it right !!!!
I know operator error.
All I would say it really is hassle free and I will be using every time we fly from Gatwick.”
