“Pick up was fine. Drop off was a disaster, phoned up to advise that we were arriving, was told that someone was on the way, no show after 20 minutes. Phoned again only to advise that they hadn’t sent anyone yet. Had to wait another 20 minutes, with queue times through security and bag drop a concern I didn’t need an extra 30-40 minute delay waiting outside the terminal for the meet and greet”
