“It was all so easy. We made contact as we neared the airport and then made another call to double check where we were to meet. The driver arrived fairly quickly and was very courteous. Arriving back from our holiday, our car was returned within a few minutes of telephoning.”
“Im not entirely sure what happened but when I got my car back my door pockets on my driver and passenger site had been completely emptied into the footwells of the car. This included heavy items like an emergency hammer nd seatbelt cutter so this couldn't have been find or something like that. Everything appeared to still be in the car but I really don't know why my car was returned to me that way.
In terms of the staff, everyone seemed friendly and proffessional, just a shame for the way the car was returned to let down the service”
“Instructions to find the collection point on departure could have been slightly clearer, but otherwise very prompt and efficient. Also would have helped to know in advance that £6 drop off charge was included in the price.”
“Our flight was cancelled for 2 days; I emailed customer services who gave me very little information.They never answered my queries or concerns. On landing; We phoned APH and the staff were very nice and sent a driver with our car (meet and greet had previously been booked). We payed the driver for the extra days parking via a card and small terminal. However we never received a receipt. (Supposed to be emailed by customer services! )Very good service but contacting customer services impossible by email. Cannot recommend APH due to this problem. Drivers were all very friendly though.”
“Excellent service from dropping off the car to collection. Driver even put heating on for us so car was warm for us. Have used aph before ( park and ride ) and will definitely use meet and greet again. Thank you for providing an excellent hassle free service.”
