“I did not appreciate that APH is a booking agent and they use 3rd party operators on site like We Love Parking who were fine, and efficient also the hotel Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick had no record of my booking something they said they had experienced before from this company fortunately the hotel sorted it as there did not appear to be any customer service available at APH or a number to call”
“Car was picked up at the terminal with no problems (the guy was waiting for us already) and when we returned, we made the call after collecting luggage and within 5-10mins the car arrived. Overall a straightforward service”
