“The service worked well - we were met as expected and the car was waiting for us when we left the airport. My one gripe is with the way the driver’s seat was adjusted - whoever moved the car adjusted literally everything about the seat - not just height and positions which I would expect, but even the headrest, rake and lumbar support. I can’t see a reason to adjust all of this and wonder was it done deliberately?”
“First time using this service, and can't believe we've not used it sooner.
We usually use the park and ride service, and have done for many years. We tried the meet and greet for ease and can safely say we will be using it again.
It was seamless, the instructions clear and staff were just as helpful.”
“The whole idea of spending a little bit extra for the meet and greet option was to save time and inconvience waiting for buses etc.
However, when we arrived at Gatwick for departure there was not anybody there to greet us despite phoning as instructed on the way, finally someone arrived 15 mins later, luckily we had given ourselves plenty of time before check-in.
On our return we followed the procedure advised and phoned when we had collected baggage and cleared customs, once again there was not anybody there to greet us, it was 30 mins from making the phone call until someone arrived with our car (bus probably would have been quicker...)
Not saying that we wouldn't bother next time but our experience did not meet expectations.
On a very positive note the drivers were very apologetic and very friendly.”
