“Have been useing APH for 20 years now, so very pleased with system, bvut on this occassion on return to car found APH driver had tampered with various controls in car that are not nessecary for his job.
1. seat adjustment, accept ok
2. rear view mirror, not sure why if he has adjusted seat?? not acceptable!!!!
3. Radio station changed. not acceptable!!!
4.Door morrors turned in and left turned in. Not acceptable !!!
5. Auto lights setting removed. Why? not acceptable !!!!
When you return after two weeks away and late at night and very tired, you do not want to be checking and adjusting these items that would normally be as normal !!!”
“joining instructions clear, they were were waiting when I arrived. Had to wait a little while on collection but probably only because they advise only call them when you have your luggage, and it is only a very short walk to collection point.”
