“On our departure was good , but not on our return we was told 20 minutes and they needed to de-ice the car, fair enough,but it was 45 minutes we waited especially at midnight in the freezing cold -2 c ,so not impressed we could of got another phone call to say wait in the terminal.”

On this occassion drop off was quick but from the call once we had collected our bags we had to wait about 40 minutes most of which was at the drop off zone in the cold.”
