“This is our first time using I Love Meet & Greet at Gatwick. I thought the instructions were good although the postcode directs you to North Terminal whereas we wanted South. However we followed the road signage as well as the verbal instructions, and all was fine.
We’d asked for a valet service while we were away at an additional cost but were a little disappointed on our return that this did not happen. Have contacted customer services and await a response in respect of that. Otherwise we would use the company again.”
“Drop off is excellent but return and pick-up problematic and undoubtedly due to the location of the compound in relation to the airport. It seems roughly the same time as catching the shuttle bus back - based on both this year's and last year's experience.”
