“We've used the normal parking service at APH for many years but this was the first meet and greet. It was great. The guy who met us was very friendly and explained the return procedure. It was the same person who brought the car back upon our return. It was all very easy and efficient.”

On our return we called after Customs as advised. Telephone Operator was very good and asked if we had passed Customs. He explained that he would get a our car to us once he had a driver 10-15 minutes.
Meet at collection point by very friendly staff/drivers. Three cars were already there but owner's had not turned up for 15 minutes hence why there were no drivers for our car. This caused a slight delay. I would recommend that when owners call on arrival they are told that they must go straight to their cars.
The car was delivered in a good condition and the driver was very helpful and friendly.
