“The car was picked up more than 20 minutes late and returned more than 20 minutes late. Completely pointless paying for this service, it would have been cheaper and more convenient just to park the car in the short stay car park myself.”
“I have used Meet & Greet services before but was very disappointed this time. On our return to Gatwick north terminal, I phoned after we picked up our luggage as instructed. We then had to wait by the Premier Inn for 45 minutes before my car arrived. In this time, we could’ve hopped onto a bus to one of the other self-drive car parks for a fraction of the cost. When the car finally did arrive it became apparent that we were never given a QR code when we dropped off the car. We are not the type of people to discard a code or forget that we had one and none of us could recall ever being given a code. The guy dropping the car back to us then became quite rude and aggressive saying we couldn’t have the car without the code we were never given! He just kept repeating the same sentences despite us explaining that we had never been given a code. It was all resolved eventually but it has certainly put us off using the service in the future.”
