“Very helpful to explain where to drop off and pick up the car because the signs at the airport can be confusing. Drivers very punctual to meet us and friendly! Would use APH again!!”
“We were very satisfied initially with the meet and greet service, but disappointed that as we had a passport problem we had to recover our car, drive home and then return 2 days later to use the same meet and greet facility. Our disappointment was that we had to treat the removal (28 hours after using the service) of our car as a cancellation and had to rebook at an additional cost of £61.90 when we were able to return 2 days later.
The basis of our disappointment is that we only used the meet and greet facility 34 times rather than the 2 expected (we collected the car from the car park facility initially) and the car was only parked until the initial date and time (pm on the 4th March), therefore we paid twice for the same parking facilityand for the same duration, the only additional cost incurred by APH or their 3rd party provider from our original booking (which included an overnight hotel stay) was an additional meet and greet at the airport which we explained we were happy to pay for.”
