“Phone answered quickly at drop off and pick up, clear instructions, waited a bit for collection however our flight had been delayed and it was pouring down with rain! Liked not having to go upto the top of the carpark, we picked up and dropped off at premierinn so literally just crossed road to entrange. Staff knew what they were doing and were reasonably friendly.Car returned in good condition.”
